I found this gem while searching for hog head cheese. I live an hour away (Pahrump), My Wife and decided to make the trip. Glad we did. Not only did they have what I was looking for, they had other meats my Wife had been searching for as well. And on top of that the staff that helped us was extremely friendly. This is a great place and we will definitely be back!!

Went here at peak dinner rush! What great atmosphere and energy! The food was unbelievable! So good my mouth is watering thinking about the Mac and cheese with greens…the fish was new to me. It was swaii and it was light and had zero bones fried to perfection. I will be returning soon and will make sure to get an extra side of greens.😁
